This home was built away from the high costs of Aspen and as such needed to be as cost effective as possible. By utilizing simple forms and efficiently stacking the plan we were able to pack a lot of features into a small footprint. The exterior materials were simple and easy to maintain. The interiors were selected to maximize the value of the home yet remain cost effective. This home was built as a speculative venture and sold within 90 days of going onto the market.
This 3,500 s.f. home in a newly developed neighborhood played with a ranch theme with a stone exterior, barnwood, and sweeping porches.
